Human and Animal Subject Research Policy Analyst - (Arlington, VA)

ManTech is seeking a full-time employee with DoD human and animal subject research (HSR/ASR) policy experience. This position will support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which is working on cutting-edge technologies in defense systems. DARPA relies on small, agile, and effective Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (SETA) support personnel who collaborate closely with Government Program Managers (PMs) to enable successful program formulation and execution. These SETAs provide technical, programmatic, policy, and administrative support to government PMs and are integral to the day-to-day activities of the combined Government team involved with each program. As part of the overall Government team, SETAs also collaborate with the Industry, institutional partners, and Principal Investigators to ensure compliance with DoD Instruction 3216.02, "Protection of Human Subjects and Adherence to Ethical Standards in DoD-Supported Research," November 8
