In-House Leasing Agent - (Philadelphia, PA)

Looking to hire an in-house leasing agent to service our properties throughout Delaware County. Employee will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the listing and leasing process, including posting apartments for rent, responding to inquiries, showing apartments, processing applications, preparing leases etc. Must have background in multi-family leasing, be willing to learn new software, and be pleasant and outgoing. Starting compensation is a base salary plus $300 per apartment leased. Base salary to be determined based on background.
