Position summary: AppleOne seeks BOOKKEEPERS with PROPERTY Management experience. Ideally, someone that has background with YARDI software. DUTIES: ? Reconciliation of bank statements, preparation of journal entries, financial reporting, preparation of income tax returns and more. QUALIFICATIONS: ? three to five years of bookkeeping background is desired and background handling multiple entities, preferably in a Property Management environment. ? Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting preferred ? Must have advanced level of Word & Ms excel, and ten key by touch. ? Background with Yardi accounting software.
