Inventory Specialist - (North Haven, CT)

Long-term Temp Assignment Job assignments: 1. Process RMA's in North Haven Warehouse 2. Document RMA Process steps 3. Recommend process changes and enhancements to improve efficiencies 5. Work together with Receiving and Quality to process RMA's in a timely Manner 6. Update RMA graphs and metrics weekly 7. Own RMA Error resolution and escalation 8. Act as liaison between the warehouse and CS 9. Ensure all RMA's are processed into the appropriate queues for disposition Stock, Warranty or Repair 10. Help CSR's locate returned parts in the warehouse for expediting Skills Required - Expertise to respond to internal customers
