Evaluate, prioritize, and select submissions; price risks; and refer or decline risks that present excessive risk. *** Evaluate risks, pricing, and terms & conditions and process quotes for Excess & Surplus, admitted and non-admitted carriers, submissions. *** Liaise with resources for individual risk assessment. *** Negotiate terms and conditions with agent or broker. *** Control Errors & Omissions exposure and ensure timely disposition of policies and endorsements within contractually bound timeframes. *** Communicate company?s risk appetite and value proposition to agents. *** Achieve premium budget forecasts, profit and loss, and business development goals. *** Recognize and create cross sell opportunities for other products. *** Provide guidance and direction to junior underwriters and assistants.
