Summary/Purpose 1st line of contact for CSR’s – issue solving, elevated expedites, system breakdowns, delays, offering enhancements, pricing, packaging, credit, shipping and deliveries. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: • To grow sales and support growth initiatives. • Offer proactive sales and service support to internal and external customers. • Encourage the enhancement of product knowledge/computer skills and troubleshooting to all –CSR’s by providing coaching and mentoring. • Consistent account coverage and improvements • Facilitate monthly meeting to keep lines of communication open and regular updates regarding procedures, processes and guidelines • Plan Vacation and Travel coverage among all teammates •
