If you have at least 3 mnths machine operating background, you will be cross trained in all departments. Your responsibilities include operating a machine, inspecting machine parts, and removing excess rubber from items with hand tools. These are full time, temporary-to-direct hire positions paying $10.50 - $11.25 an hour, plus potential overtime where you will earn $15.75 - $16.88 an hour, depending on your shift.
