Position description: Under the direction of the Retail Service Manager, the Automotive Service Technician will perform related services for customers in a professional and competent manner. Duties and Responsibilities: Following training period, perform services in a professionally and efficiently; Safely rack customer vehicles via in-ground, above-ground, and floor jack lifts; Drain and fill oil and other vehicle fluids in an efficient manner, while implementing fine motor skills with power tools and hand tools, mount, dismount, rotate and repair tires; Roll, stack and retrieve tires from company inventory stocking area; Assist colleagues as required; Interact with co-worker and customers in a friendly and professional manner; Maintain a punctual work schedule; Be cognizant and practice all safety techniques continually;
