Safety and Quality Assurance Representative- Regional Training Sites (RTS Med) - (Dublin, CA)

Provides military subject matter ability to assigned programs.----The Safety and Quality Assurance Representative (SQAR) directly supports the Site Manager, but reports directly to the Program QC Manager. The SQAR works closely with the Program QC Manager & the supported Site Manager to independently ensure that all of the site---s programs and processes are functioning in accordance with established DoD and Army regulations and standards, and with local policies and procedures. Assists the Site Director and Site Manager in developing, managing and applying appropriate quality standards throughout the sites, in accordance with company and customer requirements.This position necessitates a broad understanding of the program---s operational and functional areas of motor maintenance, medical equipment maintenance, supply, logistics, and training administration. The contractor will operate in a capacity similar to an Inspector General or in the areas of program compliance and auditing.
