Inventory Control Supervisor - (Warren, OH)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage, train, and develop a team on a daily basis * Audit all company shrink reports * Provide shrink reporting analysis support * Review and make recommendations for inventory policies and procedures * Train field management team on inventory policies and procedures * Assist with projects relating to cash accountability and inventory * Interview applicants and make recommendations for hiring new teammates QUALIFICATIONS: * Expertise to work under deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail * Strong issue solving abilities * Outstanding written and oral communication expertise * 5+ years of auditing background * Management experience desired * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related position is preferred * Proficiency in Excel Benefits: AVI offers: * A family culture and atmosphere * Competitive salary * Health, dental, vision
