Executive Chef - (Corpus Christi, TX)

Job description: Responsible for all food production, including that used for the Food and Beverage Outlets and Banquet functions. Develops menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise production and monitor food and labor costs for the department. Maintain highest level of professional food quality and sanitation standards. This is an exempt, salaried position. Essential Job Functions: including but not limited to Hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates the work of management staff in the food production departments. Plans menus for all food outlets in the club and for special occasions and events. Schedules and coordinates the work of chefs, cooks
