Stanley's Kitchen Supervisor - Solar4America Ice at San Jose, LOCATION: San Jose, CA REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager and Kitchen Lead Supervisor Summary Supervise staff and operations under the direction of the Kitchen Lead Supervisor and Food and Beverage Manger to achieve guest satisfaction, and high-quality standards while ensuring profitability in a 1 of a kind sports bar environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for various duties outlined in this job summary. Major Areas & Representative Duties Creates a high-level team environment for kitchen staff, lead by example mentality. With direction of the Food and Beverage Manager and Kitchen Lead Supervisor o Recruit, hire, train, motivate, schedule and evaluate staff to accomplish sales objectives and meet service requirements within approved budget guidelines. o Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
