Enter the correct sanitizer results on the posted checklist Wash all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Maintain work area in a clean-as-you-go condition to ensure safety and sanitation Empty trash cans continuously as needed throughout the work day Pick up and remove food items, dirty dishes, trash etc from the cafe as needed throughout the work day Clean and organize the dish racks and pot racks into a neat and orderly manner throughout the work day Return clean dishes and pots to proper storage areas
