ML - Utility Worker (Food Service 10-11-17) - (Milwaukee, WI)

GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain kitchen, dining and storage areas, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Positions and prepares raw food stuffs for use by cooks. MIN REQUIREMENTS: A High-school degree or GED equivalent. Note: Incumbent should exhibit the expertise to accept instructions and perform routine tasks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Effective verbal and written correspondence abilities- Effective management skills- Effective people skills LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: A Regular Driver License required; A Serv Safe Food Manager Certification is required.
