Human Resources Generalist - (Fort Worth, TX)

Our client in Downtown Fort Worth is in immediate need of an HR Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research. Responsibilities: * Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; including oral and written communications, listening, and presentation/facilitation skills * Expertise to interact with all levels of management * Excellent influencing and negotiating skills * Expertise to effectively set priorities and manage a high volume of activities in a flexible manner * Manage resolution of complex employee relations issues by providing appropriate investigation and counseling leadership * Partner with the managers to drive comprehensive human resources strategies, policies and practices in the areas of employee relations, talent management, compensation, diversity, benefits
