Our client in Downtown Fort Worth is in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant in their Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant exercises discretion as it relates to matters specific to the department. The HR Administrative Assistant position calls for significant individual initiative in the completion of tasks to which are attached a high-level of corporate responsibility. The HR Administrative Assistant must deal with highly confidential Human Resources info at the highest management levels. Responsibilities: * Protects the integrity of confidential info for all matters pertaining * Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings and appointments * Creates spreadsheets, ad-hoc reports, prepare correspondence and generate form letters using advanced software features and functions * Extensive Reconciliations / Accounting Bookkeeping background * Bank reconciliations and preparing vouchers * Prior Lawson / HR background not essential
