Project Engineer - (Kenai, AK)

Homer Electric Association, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Project Engineer . The location of this position (Homer, AK or Kenai, AK) will be determined based on operational need and applicant desire; however, work will require extended presence and stays at remote project sites.. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to electric utilities, Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Engineering Management. To be considered qualified, candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience at an electric utility or in a similar environment. The selected individual will perform planning, management, and contract administration of assigned utility projects, consistent with all applicable design standards, regulations, and the policies and financial goals of the Cooperative.
