Universal Ops Specialist, Shrewsbury, PA-1800530 Description The Universal Operations Specialist position in a Santander branch is a leadership role in customer service, sales, and branch operations. A Universal Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational integrity and compliance for the entire branch, including both sales and service functions. This role is also a supporting role to the Platform to ensure Platform Teammates adhere to operation policies and procedures. The UOS is responsible for total customer satisfaction by meeting all the financial needs of a customer: product, servicing, and transactional. The UOS will identify the financial needs of the customer at the transaction window, at the platform desk, or in the branch lobby or during out of the branch sales activities depending on branch needs and customer volume.
