IT Service Desk Technician (Job Number:433532) Description: SAIC has an immediate opening for a Corporate IT Service Desk Technician supporting NASA in Greenbelt, MD. Must be a US Citizen with the expertise to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Position details: This position is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Service Desk support personnel to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service within the agreed upon service level agreements. To include coordination with the IT field technicians to insure all tickets are routed correctly and completed within their due date. This position has frequent contact with customers and other stakeholders at all levels of management. The successful applicant should have a proven ability in Incident and Problem Management, and proficiency in assessing impact of issues and troubleshooting issues.
