Production Worker 2 - Mixer Helper 3rd Shift Job - (Dallas, TX)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurate scaling of ingredients according to established formulas. Load ingredients into mixer. Monitor mixer(s) in operation Assist in moving dough containers from mixers to dough hoppers. Make sure samples are pulled from each dough batch. Maintain production schedule. Adhere to good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination. Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA and all other regulatory agencies. Organization and cleanliness of work area is expected at all times. Perform any other duties required or assigned. Work overtime as required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Indicate the min requirements, which should be required in filling a future vacancy in this position.
