Print Production coordinators - (Indianapolis, IN)

Description: Perform routine analytical and physical tests to ensure resulting finished products and packaging meets customer standards. Collaborate closely with production and perform a wide variety of tasks such as product testing, raw material inspection, finished good inspection, sanitation inspection, and creating finished good or packaging holds. **Must be able to work 12hr shifts** Key responsibilities: Monitoring the production lines Performing lab testing using various methods Conducting Food safety checks and audits Micro testing and plating Production paperwork review Lab equipment management and maintenance Instrument calibration Creating and following SOP guidelines. Conducting training with front line associates Participate in Lean 6 Sigma projects Participate in innovation projects Job qualifications: Bachelor?s degree preferred Food manufacturing experience preferred Must have good documentation skills Understands written procedures Complete calculations and conversions
