National Director of Operations - (Denver, CO)

Leading international restaurant group with over 40 concepts spanning the US as well as in Dubai, Hong Kong, Mexico, Tokyo and Dubai has an immediate opportunity for a National Director of Operations. The National Director of Operations is responsible for oversight of front and back of the house restaurant operations for our restaurants. Assignments include, but are not limited to: · Ensure operation of restaurants in accordance with policies, procedures and practices · High-level emphasis on HR, new hire and payroll process policies and procedures to ensure 100% compliance and eliminate unnecessary legal implications · Complete knowledge of job standards for each position within the restaurant · Ensure effective lines of communication and relationships with all GM’s, Chefs, Managers, Corporate office personnel
