Member Service Rep/Universal Banker - (Hamilton, OH)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to fill a full-time position as a Member Service Representative at our Hamilton West/Park Avenue branch location. MSRs are the "face" of Telhio Credit Union; represent the Telhio image during all interactions with members and potential members. They create a welcoming, friendly environment for members as soon as they enter the doors or begin drive-through transactions; a "you own it" environment. They process a variety of personal and business financial transactions, including issue solving, and opening and closing accounts for members. In addition, inform members about other Telhio products and services from which they could benefit.
