Member Experience Specialist (Personal Banker) - (Round Lake Beach, IL)

To assist Members and potential Members with their needs for specialized accounts (such as Commercial Accounts, Trust Accounts, POAs, Deceased Accounts, IRAs, all Youth Accounts, etc.) Explains services, sets up new accounts, responds to problems, processes accounts and (if applicable) directs Members to another appropriate person. Contributes towards the achievement of the credit union's expected financial outcomes. Processes requests for specialized account types as outlined above, handling applications for both new and existing Members, utilizing high-quality interviewing techniques. Identifies additional sales opportunities during interviewing/conversation with Members, consistent with the credit union's approach to soliciting non-economic demand. Masters the expertise to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales, and consistently follow-up on sales opportunities and/or member concerns.
