Perform routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, account maintenance, cashier's checks and money orders. Maintain and balance cash and other negotiable instruments. Resolve basic problems and account questions, and refer members to other departments as necessary. Refer additional credit union products and services at every opportunity.
