Job title: Credit Analyst I Reports to: Commercial Credit Analysis Administrator Direct Reports: N/A Salary Grade: thirteen SUMMARY: Commercial Banker Training position, initiallyconsisting of an entry level credit analyst position where the individualbecomes acquainted with the fundamentals of credit analysis, with the goal ofeventually evolving into a Commercial Banker. Individual operates underdirect supervision and training. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree from an licensed institution with basic course work in finance and accounting preferred, or equivalent work background Must have excellent people skills Proficient in Microsoft office suite programs (strong emphasis on Word and Ms excel) Must have good spoken communication expertise – must be able to speak effectively one-to-one and in groups Must be able to write clearly and effectively Must be able to develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relationship with peers
