Network Consulting Engineer - (Cary, NC)

Job Purpose: The Service Business Review Engineer is responsible for preparing and delivering thoughtful and consultative Managed Service Business Review engagements to customers. Working in conjunction with other ePlus resources, the Service Business Review Engineer would serve as the lead technical analyst for Managed Services data to provide analysis and recommendations for contracted MSC Service Business Reviews (SBRs). Job assignments: Internal Report directly to the Director of Service Delivery, MSC. The SBRE will assist in resolving customer escalations where applicable, working with the Managed Services Center (MSC) and Professional Services (PS). Work with Business Development Executives, (BDE's), Service Delivery Managers (SDM's), and other MSC personnel to prepare for customer SBRs. Work with Service Delivery Managers and Service Business Review Coordinator to prepare analysis and recommendations for SBR documentation leveraging MSC performance, event and change management data.
