RN Manager - Rehab - (Longview, TX)

DescriptionIs responsible to the Nursing Divisional Director to assist with daily operation, planning and coordination of patient care within assigned departments. Interfaces with all hospital departments, medical staff and community as a representative of Nursing. Assures services are provided in compliance with hospital, Nursing and Department standards, policies and procedures. Provides direction to ensure high-quality programs and care in a cost effective manner.RequirementsCertification/LicensureCurrent RN license in the State of Texas required.Appropriate for the specialty desired. CPR-C required.EducationGraduate from an licensed institution of Nursing. Desire BSN or other related BS degree.ExperienceA min of 2 (2) years clinical background.
