Part time Administrative Assistant Temp to Hire Bartram Park Area, 32258 $18.00/Hour Summary/Objective: As the Administrative Assistant, this individual will work together with the Public Safety Foundation team to help with grant review, donor stewardship, data entry and general administrative tasks. Essential Duties: Grant Review Support Review quarterly grant requests received from organizations Assist organization with quarterly grant requests and supporting documentation Update documentation of grant recipient details as part of the approval process Donor Stewardship and Data Entry Assist in entering donations into eTapestry donor database and Ms excel spreadsheets, as needed Assist in acknowledgements of donors by mail and email General Team Support Mail out giveaways and letters Screen calls and voicemails, as needed Assist Foundation team with any other day to day responsibilities Qualifications: Attention to detail and strong management skills Basic data entry skills Proficient in Ms word, Excel
