Staffing Now, 1 of the fastest growing administrative staffing agencies, is seeking a highly skilled Vendor Coordinator for 1 of our local Fortune 500 clients. We specialize in matching administrative professionals with the right temporary or full time job opportunities. The vendor Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of inventory through new vehicle delivery from manufacturers, used vehicle purchases and dealer trades. Primary Job duties: Receive and verify new vehicle invoices/inventory Receive and verify used vehicle purchases orders Enter incoming new and used vehicle units into system database Post both new and used vehicles to accounting Prepare invoices for scanning Follow-up on accounting inventory questions NECESSARY EXPERIENCE: A clear understanding of accounting principles and logic Produce high quality work while under deadline pressure Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities Team member with superior service skills
