KELLY SERVICES IS LOOKING FOR CLAIMS PROCESSORS FOR A LARGE NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY IN IRVING, TX SNAPSHOT: Length: Longterm Hours: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to work seven days a week during Catastrophe Mode. Catastrophe Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay level: $13.00 per hour Location: Irving, TX 75063 POSITION DESCRIPTION The Claims Processor for this department will review claims to determine if a Ladder Assist Vendor is needed to assist the Adjuster in inspecting roofs for damage including inspection, providing measurements and diagrams. Will be responsible to reiew details entered to ensure necessary details is provided such as the Insured Name/Customer Name, Claim Number and the Vendor name and fee charged. Once the claim is reviewed the Claims Processor will initiate payment to the Vendor. Will also update another Access Database with necessary info for management.management.
