OPS Research Associate - (Gainesville, FL)

Classification Title: OPS Research Associate Job details: The Department of Emergency Medicine has implemented several clinical projects that will require a team of trained individuals to conduct clinical investigations in the Department. The Department is currently seeking candidates to fill multiple openings for OPS research Associate. As such, the Research Associate Team will comprise of individuals trained in the conduct of ethical research in human subjects.Reviews and develops a familiarity with the protocol, e.g., study proceedings and timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality, and privacy protection qualifications. Conducts or participates in the informed consent process in accordance with the IRB procedures for consenting. Screens subjects via EPIC electronic medical record system for eligibility using protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, documenting each potential participant's eligibility or exclusion.
