NVH Quality Engineer - (Morganton, NC)

Overview: The Morganton process quality NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) expert. Monitoring the NVH testing process to ensure quality. Liaison between the Manufacturing facility, Auburn Hills Engineering, Frankfurt Engineering, Japanese Engineering, and Suppliers relative to the NVH test process. Keeps the Senior Quality Manager updated on all EBS product and process matters. Core Responsibilities: Lead internal manufacturing processes and production Process optimization and scrap reduction Understanding of electromechanical valves, brushed and brushless motors, ball screw drives, and other brake controls components. Lead production troubleshooting and statistical analysis. Lead component and system related to NVH activities internally
