Job DescriptionKelly Services, in partnership with Unum, is hiring Claims Associates for Unums Leave Management Department. The FMLA Claims Associates are responsible for understanding the FMLA and state regulations, complex processing of leaves, review of medical certifications and claims, and ongoing relationship management with employees requesting leaves and their Employer contacts. Partnering with other business areas within the company, is also important to the success of the leave management operation. Training class begins April 2, 2018. Interviews with Unum management will be conducted beginning mid-February.
