Job DescriptionProduction Operator - New Hudson, MI.Must be available to train on 1st shift up to one month, then move permanently to second or third.Pay is $14.00/hour. Once hire on pay will be raised to $15hr.Solid benefits offered 1 mon after hired in including: Medical,Dental,Vision,10 days PAID-TIME-OFF, paid sick days, paid holidays, etc. Position is temp-to-hire Position assignments:- Operate machines to produce quality parts on schedule.- Troubleshoot and repair specialized machinery.- Work in a safe manner. At no time shall safe work practices be compromised.- Work together with the shift team leader to ensure that all machines run to their max potential. - Use work orders and other documentation to properly produce and custom package mechanical fasteners.- Ensure the daily history sheets, manufacturing packs and all other related paperwork are filled out correctly and accurately, making sure all data is recorded
