Join Kaplan as an SAT or ACT In-Home Private Tutor! Kaplan is seeking caring, motivational individuals who relate well with students and families, and who can work autonomously, as part time tutors. In this flexible role, you will provide exceptional instruction, student mentorship, and demonstrate subject matter ability. To qualify, you must have a SAT or ACT score (either on the official test or a Kaplan practice test) at or above the 90th percentile. We can also accept an 80th percentile score on the GRE or GMAT (for the SAT only) or DAT (for either SAT or ACT). Private tutors may have the opportunity to specialize in either the math or verbal areas of the exam, and may also have the opportunity tutor particular subject tests such as math, chemistry, history, or literature. This varies based on the demands of each market and the needs of our students.
