Summary: A Sales Trainer provides comprehensive support and training to an entire sales region for Heartland Payment Systems, who was named the 2014 & 2015 1 Company to Sell For by Selling Power Magazine. The Sales Training team prides themselves with instilling "The Heartland Way" into every sales representative that comes to Heartland. The mission of a Sales Trainer is to develop self-sustaining wealthy sales professionals through the development of knowledge the field. The vast majority of the Sales Trainers time will be allocated to new hire training in a 100% virtual setting over various subjects. A Sales Trainer will train representatives over Heartland's methodologies, technologies and products. This position is unique to the company and it requires someone who is driven by creative freedom and who has an entrepreneurial spirit to "run their own shop" within a larger organization.
