Part-time Host / Hostess 2nd Shift Brookdale Quincy Bay 99 Brackett Street Quincy, MA 02169 Job #: BSL55343 Brookdale. Bringing new life to senior living. Your responsibilities: * Greet and seat residents with a friendly and welcoming attitude in a timely manner in accordance with workplace standards * Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables * Answer phone and responds to questions while reporting any resident concerns to the Dining Room Manager immediately * Assist wait staff and bussers in serving, bussing, and resetting tables as needed Required skills and requirements: * High-school certificate or general education degree (GED) preferred * Prior food service/restaurant experience wanted * Current ServSafe Certification preferred * Obtain/hold any local, state and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates * Must enjoy working with the senior population * Flexibility with schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends
