Summary / DescriptionWe are seeking motivated, career and customer oriented Software Engineers, interested in joining our team in Hampton, VA and exploring an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems. The Software Engineers on the Langley Simulation and Aircraft Technical Services contract design, develop, test, and operate air and space vehicle simulations in object-oriented C++, including graphics programming using OpenSceneGraph and OpenGL. The primary development environment is on Linux platforms using the Scientific Linux operating system, although some development is performed for a Windows platform. The Software Engineer will design, develop, modify, and maintain simulation software using software engineering best practices and standards, participate in design and code reviews, and adhere to existing processes and procedures for full life cycle software engineering.
