Legal Office Administrator - Leasing - (Alexandria, VA)

Wireless infrastructure company based in northern Virginia is seeking an experienced lease administrator for its Legal Department.-- Assignments include: database administration and ground lease file management (including most important role for tracking and sending timely notices of ground lease and option extensions); coordination with internal departments to process ground leases, easements and other ground related agreements; drafting and assembling correspondence, documents, payment requests, checklists, reports; and providing related administrative support as needed.-- Prior wireless infrastructure, real estate, or corporate legal department background is preferred. Bachelor---s degree or min three years relevant background required.
