We are looking for Operations Supervisor to lead and mentor a group of customer care agents. This role will report to an Operations Manager and will be based at Hayneedle's Customer Care Center in Omaha, Nebraska. What does an Operations Supervisor at Hayneedle do? Provide effective supervision and create a positive, high performance shift environment for Service Associates. Respond to escalated customer inquiries via email and calls in an efficient and effective manner.
