**Staff Accountant - Myrtle Beach, SC** **Description** **Wyndham Vacation Ownership** is currently seeking a **Staff Accountant** in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Staff Accountant will ensure the accurate and timely completion of HOA and Corporate Financial Statements in accordance with GAAP. Reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly for review and audit purposes. Also, supports the Resort Management Team in the budgeting and forecasting processes. **Job duties include, but are not limited to:** + Monthly HOA and Corporate financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP. Complete necessary accruals and reclassifications. Work with Resort Manager and/or accounting management team to solve any discrepancy or errors as necessary. + Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Prepare reconciliation work papers for monthly review, audit and upload to Movaris. + Prepare analysis of financial data for assistance in budget preparation, investments, cash transfers, and/or operational management.
