*POSITION DESCRIPTION*Position is an integral part of the IT financial team. A gatekeeper for spending processes and policies dealing with invoicing. Primary month-end accounting processer and info gatherer. Analyze, track and report on the monthly expense spend. Assists in preparing economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics. This is an entry level analyst position.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*1. Process all technology invoices - This involves verifying costs, supplying proper documentation and ensuring amount and approval is correct, coding appropriately, securing appropriate approvals and ensuring invoices are paid on time.2. Month-end accounting and close processes Creating and submitting accruals, reversals, amortizations, re-class and any other requested documentation.3. Maintain and provide monthly and quarterly documentation, including SOX reports, to Accounting and Finance.4.
