Instructional Designer Job - (Memphis, TN)

Summary The Instructional Designer s responsible for assisting in the development of graphically rich traditional and web-based training materials and applications supporting Associate Development initiatives and other organizational training needs. Coordinates with leaders and staff within Clinical Education Services (CES) and Professional Practice and Advancement as needed to assist with the development and deployment of state-of-the-art training materials, including text-based and web-based training tools/materials. Seeks out novel approaches and blends contemporary and traditional training methodologies to deliver optimal job performance results. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. Education/Background/Licensure Education/Formal Training Work Background Credential/Licensure REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Technical Writing or related position.
