**Process Engineer - Ice Cream Category** **Background & Purpose of the Job:** As a Process Engineer for the Ice Cream category, you are a key contributor and champion of the development of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses. **You will apply extensively the full range of focused and quality Improvement methods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of safety, quality, cost deployment, customer service and logistics.** **Who You Are & What Youll Do:** The Process Engineer reports to the Site Manufacturing Excellence Manager and is the co-lead for the Focused Improvement pillar. Youll work directly with line crews and act as the technical trainer for line teams.As subject matter expert, youll provide coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of counter-measures. A core deliverable is elimination of losses and wastes and increased line performance through utilization of World Class Manufacturing methods and tools.
