Dietary Aide three Required. #:48160 Department:Main Kitchen Location:403 N. 13th Street, Richmond, VA 23219 Schedule:Various Schedules Shift:4: Day/Evening Hours: Position overview:VCU Health Systems Main Kitchen is seeking a full-time Dietary Aide three to provide excellent customer service skills in meeting the nutritional meal service standards to include room service for the Food and Nutrition Department. Delivers and/or prepares food trays in accordance with current patient diet orders. Takes menu orders honoring food preferences, allergies, diet restrictions, etc. Ensures food supplies are available in galley areas and are dated appropriately. Follows proper food safety and sanitation standards in the galley areas. Guides individuals and families in food selection, preparation and menu planning based upon nutritional needs for medical condition including the Bone Marrow and Pediatric Units based on specialty menus.
