Candidates should be enthusiastic, and self-motivated learners interested in becoming an integral member of a multi-disciplinary surgical team. Excellent interpersonal and outstanding communication expertise, flexibility, a capacity to organize and prioritize are a must. Implementing safe patient-family centered care to the surgical patient is exciting, challenging, and highly technical, experiencing the nursing process 1 patient at a time.QualificationsRequires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelors degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing.
