Telephonic Patient Care Coordinator - Tampa, FL - (Clearwater, FL)

The Patient Services Coordinator performs a wide variety of duties associated with patient services and scheduling health care screenings.This position is responsible for making sure the patient understands the mobile team background ranging from health care screenings, appointment scheduling, and details sharing with their PCP.The position also provides customer service and coordination with the PCP office staff to ensure scheduling info, medical records, and provider support is available to the contracted PCP groups.The PSCs expertise to promote our mobile team services and schedule patients who attend their appointments is an integral part of meeting quality goals in completing measures. This position is located at 500 N.Westshore Blvd.Tampa, FL and hours are M-F: 8AM 5PM.
