Ex-Vivo Lung Specialist (EVL) Trainee - (Silver Spring, MD)

The Job Information are as follows: As part of our continued effort to advance our Medicines for Life initiatives, we are currently looking for an Ex Vivo Lung Specialist (EVLS) Trainee for our Silver Spring, Maryland, campus. In this role, you will train with our local EVLS team at our Lung Bioengineering facility in Silver Spring, Maryland, as well as attend a four-month certification training and assessment to become an Ex-Vivo Lung Specialist (EVLS) with our partners at Toronto General Hospital in Toronto, Canada. As an EVLS Trainee, you will develop the skills necessary to perform the clinical Ex Vivo Lung procedure protocols. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities + Maintain all regulatory compliance frameworks associated with clinical procedures including, but not limited to, that of the FDA, UNOS, OPTN, CLIA, and CMS at the US federal and state level
