Sr Lease Administrator - (Chesapeake, VA)

Summary of Position: As part of Legal/Real Estate, support Dollar Tree's existing and growing portfolio of stores and Real Estate Portfolio Management team by: (1) drafting, negotiating and managing critical lease documentation, including lease amendments, renewals and extensions, tenant estoppels and SNDAs, and ancillary real estate agreements; (2) providing accurate interpretation and management of lease documentation, including initial and ongoing lease abstracting and store opening info necessary for the timely and accurate payment of rent and other financial obligations; and (3) performing timely substantive research related to Dollar Tree's leases to maximize Dollar Tree's rights and ensure compliance with landlord and tenant obligations.
